Return Policy
Since all of our pieces are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives or becomes damaged within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, Ten Waverly will repair the item at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally harsh use.
Shipping
Ten Waverly is required to collect sales tax on items being purchased and shipped in the state of New York. A shipping charge will be added to all purchases in checkout. All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged. You may expect to receive your selection 3-4 business days from the day your item is shipped.
